The most amazing experience ever! The entire stay was perfect! My hustabd I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it. Amazing breakfast, staff, ambiance, cleanliness, everything!!!!

I am requesting a full refund of the entire amount paid for this stay, including the additional €100 day-use charge, because the overall experience at Nissaki Boutique Hotel was completely unacceptable and far below what I reasonably expected when booking this property through Hotels.com. I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed. However, after arriving at approximately 9:30–10:00 AM, we were offered a temporary “day-use” room for around four hours and charged €100, which we were told was already discounted from approximately €250. Because of this additional charge, we reasonably expected a comfortable temporary room consistent with the standard of the hotel. Instead, the room was extremely small, basic and completely disappointing. I have attached photographs showing exactly what was provided, as well as the hotel invoice clearly showing the €100 DAY USE charge. Unfortunately, this was not the most serious issue. On the morning of our departure, our checkout time was approximately 12:00 PM. At around 11:00 AM — while we were still occupying the accommodation and had been sleeping — a hotel employee entered our private terrace/jacuzzi area without our permission and began cleaning and preparing it for the next guest. We were extremely uncomfortable and shocked to wake up and discover a member of staff already inside our private outdoor space before we had even checked out.
